Jackalope Creative is led by husband and wife team Kaleb & Tamara Willey. The design style of Jackalope Creative is known for bold style and timeless principles. Having spent their adult years near Seattle, WA, Kaleb and Tamara now reside in Lubbock, TX where they appreciate the camaraderie among local businesses within their community. Jackalope Creative is happy to announce the newest addition to our staff: Chloe Walser. Chloe is a recent graduate of the graphic design program at Texas Tech University and a great asset to the Jackalope Creative team.

Our friends at Tell Me Something Studios have released a short film called Happy Do Avenue. Being longtime fans of Jim Henson and the Muppets, we were excited to collaborate on something at the intersection of graphic design, puppetry, and cinema. We created this poster for the short film ahead of its festival run, where it won several awards. Happy Do Avenue is now publicly available on YouTube.

We loved making the performance video for Winter Performance from Christ In The Arts. It’s a beautiful show and we know how proud their team is of all the performers.
This project was a challenge. We had to shoot multiple angles over multiple days to get the coverage we needed. We can’t wait to do it again.

Consider it a loving homage to that other beloved desk-concert tradition: close quarters and performances built for a room that’s actually listening. Artists bring special versions of their songs stripped back to their core and arrangements you won’t hear at a typical show.

🍻 Drinks + Local Shopping - Frankie’s Provisions will be pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and the Lubbock Artisan Collective storefront will be open during the event so you can shop work from local makers and artists while you sip and settle in.

Tinier Desk Concerts at Jackalope Creative returns on March 21 for an office-turned-venue show featuring Walker & The White Lines, with Nathan Baskett, and Kelsie Michelle.

Every once in a while, we make a little room for musicians and host a stripped-down concert experience with a you-had-to-be-there kind of atmosphere. Think of it as a loving homage to that famous desk-based music series… just a little tinier.

Frankie’s Provisions will be serving up alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options for the evening, and the Lubbock Artisan Collective storefront will be open for shopping, featuring goods made by local makers and artists.

Cotton Fest is a staple in Lubbock, so getting the call from the team to help shape this year’s visual direction was an honor.
After first crossing paths with William Clark Green through our work with , it’s great to continue building something together… this time on a much bigger stage.
Inspired by the land, the work, and the people who make this place what it is, we leaned into vintage Americana to help bring Will’s passion for this region and it’s agriculture to the design.
