Jackalope Creative is led by husband and wife team Kaleb & Tamara Willey. The design style of Jackalope Creative is known for bold style and timeless principles. Having spent their adult years near Seattle, WA, Kaleb and Tamara now reside in Lubbock, TX where they appreciate the camaraderie among local businesses within their community. Jackalope Creative is happy to announce the newest addition to our staff: Chloe Walser. Chloe is a recent graduate of the graphic design program at Texas Tech University and a great asset to the Jackalope Creative team.

We loved crafting this peaceful and serene brand identity for Green Pastures Birth Support. Our friend Danae wanted a brand that reflects Psalm 23 and the care she provides for her clients. We love the details of the flowers in the sheep, which also correspond to her own children’s birth flowers. It’s those sort of small details that make a brand personal and memorable. Check out this poster we made for an event with our friends from Frankie’s Provisions! They’ll be hosting their rotating ‘Supper Club’ at the Jackalope shop this weekend and we wanted to create something to commemorate the occasion.

Our goal was to design a poster that honors the traditional standards for Japanese dragon designs to reflect the Japanese menu that will be served by Chef Ethan Staggs.

If you’ve got tickets for Saturday’s event, you’ll be taking home one of these hand-numbered, screen printed posters. Shoutout to the fine folks of Johnny Velvet for printing these! 2 color print on French Paper Timber Green 100lb stock.

We are thrilled to unveil the cover Jackalope Creative designed for the Summer 2026 edition of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football.

Congratulations to and on being selected for this year’s cover! The entire crew involved in bringing this project to life was incredible to work with, and we’re grateful to have played a role in celebrating Lubbock’s accomplishments.

We loved collaborating with and the team at . Their passion for Texas football, storytelling, and print media is amazing and it was an honor to work with you all.

Shoutout to our photographer, , for helping capture the larger-than-life features (and over 3 separate shoots)!

Another shoutout to who made that 3’ vertical leap what must have been dozens of times to get us the exact position mimicking his interception in the Big 12 MVP game. Congrats on the cover feature, Ben Roberts, Coach Joey McGuire, Cody Campbell, James Blanchard, and Kirby Hocutt!

This one was especially meaningful for us. Not only do we relish any chance to work in print media, but I also remember my dad picking up Dave Campbell’s Texas Football every summer. To have Jackalope Creative’s work on the cover is a beautiful, surreal, full-circle moment.

Our friends at Tell Me Something Studios have released a short film called Happy Do Avenue. Being longtime fans of Jim Henson and the Muppets, we were excited to collaborate on something at the intersection of graphic design, puppetry, and cinema. We created this poster for the short film ahead of its festival run, where it won several awards. Happy Do Avenue is now publicly available on YouTube.

We loved making the performance video for Winter Performance from Christ In The Arts. It’s a beautiful show and we know how proud their team is of all the performers.
This project was a challenge. We had to shoot multiple angles over multiple days to get the coverage we needed. We can’t wait to do it again.
