How to shut down you computer without doing that update: WIN 10: Start, type Command, right click on Command Prompt desktop app, run as administrator. Type "shutdown -s -t 0" and it's off without doing the Update!

We have moved. We are now located behind Little Caesars on US-10. We are now on the east side of Nelson Road, instead of the left.
