We just realized we received a new Google review TWO WEEKS AGO. 🤦‍♀️😂

We often joke that ES&Co. is the cobbler’s child with no shoes. We spend all day helping other businesses with their marketing, and then sometimes look up and realize we aren’t doing all the things we tell our clients to do.

Time to practice what we preach!

And while we’re talking about it… are YOU asking your customers for Google reviews?

We recently helped Covenant Plumbing put a simple program in place that incentivizes their plumbers to make the ask after every completed job. It’s a small extra step, but those reviews add up. They help more people find your business, build trust before someone ever calls you and ultimately help your business grow.

There are some things you just have to do if you want people to find your business. Asking for Google reviews is one of them.

So, here goes…

I’ve been working one-on-one with Jodi Sappe for the past several weeks. She’s been doing the work, and during our strategy calls I get to challenge her, ask questions, and offer the perspective of an outsider looking in. Tonight she sent me this text, and it made me so happy I had to share!
