My name is Jon Alford. I am the owner and operator of J&R Computer Services, LLC. I have experience in IT in both public and private sector. I have served as tier 1 and tier 2 Help Desk, Systems Operator, Systems Administrator, and Business Systems Analyst. I have an Associate's Degree in Software Engineering and pursuing my BS in Software Development and Security.

I have advanced knowledge of repairing computers from hardware going bad and hardware upgrades to repairing corrupt operating systems and drivers and all in between.
