I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your support following the unfortunate fire that destroyed our facility in November 2023. The experience was challenging, but it also reminded me of the incredible strength of our community colleagues and friends.
Thanks to the unwavering support of our clients, partners, and team we have been able to rebuild and move into a new office space. We are excited to continue serving you and are even more committed to delivering the high level of service support and security you’ve come to expect from us.
This journey would not have been possible without the kindness and understanding of those around us, and for that, I am deeply grateful. We look forward to the future with renewed energy and appreciation for all the relationships we have built over the years.

This position is for an entry level hardware technician. Candidate will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and locating a suitable repair path, including part(s) identification. Repairs will be done on hardware such as PC / Mac / Laptops / Tablets and some mobile devices. Board level diagnostics would be a benefit, but not a requirement.
Detailed recording of all work performed for each instance is required.
Maintain a professional work ethic with client facing skills to match
