Q3 brought new tools, new guidance, and a new conference for SBS.

Incident Response is now part of TRAC, bringing planning, tabletop testing, and live response into one workflow. We also launched the Cybersecurity Strategic Advisor offering, released three new Converge Lab podcast episodes, and welcomed the cybersecurity community to Omaha for Converge Cyber + AI.

Through it all, client satisfaction stayed strong, with our services earning a perfect Net Promoter Score of 100 in August.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Omaha for the first-ever Converge Cyber + AI Conference. Two days of learning, conversation, and friendly competition went by fast, and we're grateful you spent them with us.

Converge brought together people who protect financial institutions, lead teams, manage risk, and teach the next generation of cyber professionals. Attendees heard from keynote speakers Erich Kron and Brian Brushwood, chose from breakout sessions, joined a panel on the future of cyber education, and competed in the Converge Cyber Challenge, powered by SkillBit. The best moments often came between sessions, when people compared notes and made new connections.
