Which marketing channel gets the best ROI? It depends on what you’re trying to achieve.

📱 SMS wins for speed, urgency, and engagement.
✉️ Email is better for longer-form content, visuals, and cost-effective communication at scale.
🎯 Paid ads help you reach new audiences and expand your reach.

The best strategy? Don’t choose just one. Use each channel for what it does best.

Original LinkedIn posts accounted for ~95% of the LinkedIn content cited by AI search.

We found this after analyzing 325,000 prompts across ChatGPT Search, and Google AI Mode, identifying 89,000 unique LinkedIn URLs cited in AI-generated answers.

We looked at citation frequency, content type, author signals, engagement, content length, search intent, and originality to understand which LinkedIn pages AI systems choose as sources.

The takeaway? Getting cited isn’t just about publishing more. AI systems can favor original content over reshares, making it important to understand which of your pages are actually earning citations and what characteristics they share.

Use these insights to identify your strongest AI-cited content, spot citation gaps, and build more of the content AI systems want to reference: https://social.semrush.com/4cdh7cA.

Here's what to do to make your landing pages load faster (and convert better):

• Upgrade your web hosting
• Use a CDN to serve content closer to visitors
• Compress images and switch to WebP

Google is introducing a new Search Console feature that lets you measure how your content on Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube performs in Google Search.

For years, social performance and search performance have lived in separate reporting worlds. That's starting to change! Instead of only seeing traffic to your website, you'll also get visibility into how people discover your social content through Google.

Why does this matter?
Until now, there was no native way to measure how your brand's social content performed in Google Search or Discover.
Now, Google is giving marketers first-party data on content they don't actually own. That means you can see which social content earns impressions and clicks in Search 👇
