Since 2012, the woman-owned and certified DBE has built a reputation for precise, schedule-driven work on complex FDOT and FAA-funded infrastructure projects.

Ongrade's crews use specialized equipment, robotics, GPS, and 3D control technology to meet demanding grade, safety, and timeline requirements.

For nearly a year, Ongrade has been using TimeVO to improve employee time tracking and give the field and office a cleaner, more efficient way to manage daily timecards.

We asked Duke Creech, mechanic and shop manager at Hensley’s Paving, how MaintainVO fits into his day-to-day work.

His answer came down to organized equipment details and service history.

Duke shared an example of a machine that had recently been worked on, then had another issue come up a couple weeks later. Instead of digging through paperwork or making calls, he pulled up the work order history in IVO’s Maintenance Dashboard to see what had been repaired last time and whether the new issue was connected.

He also talked about how MaintainVO lets his team keep equipment manuals, service records, and other maintenance information in one place.

When that information is easy to access, the shop can spend less time tracking down the details needed to keep work moving - and more time doing the work.
