If you are looking for the Penguins game tonight, it is on the SportsNet Pittsburgh alternate channel 123 on our CFTV app. We are working with our guide data provider to correct the issue with the guide. When the Penguins and Pirates play at the same time on SportsNet Pittsburgh, this second channel will have one of the games.

Service has been restored following the storm on Sunday. A lightning strike damaged network equipment, which caused degraded and intermittent service for some customers. The damaged equipment has been replaced and the network is now stable. We’re continuing to monitor the situation to ensure there is stability in the network.

With this primary issue resolved, some localized storm damage may still be present. If you are still experiencing degraded or no service, we recommend power cycling your router to see if that resolves the issue.

To power cycle your router:
Unplug the power cord from your router.
Leave it unplugged for 1 minute.
Plug the cord back in and allow a few minutes for it to fully reboot and reconnect.
If trouble persists, please contact us at 724-423-5777.

Citizens Fiber is excited to bring you MultiView, a new feature of CFTV that lets you watch up to four live video feeds simultaneously on a single screen. The MultiView feature is located right next to the Guide. You can access it by pressing the Back button while watching live TV to bring up the menu. When you select the MultiView feature, your four most recently watched channels will be displayed in a 2×2 grid layout. To appear in your Recently Watched channels list, you must tune to a channel for at least 15 seconds. Scroll through each feed effortlessly and focus on one, with the audio following your selection. This feature was enabled on all of our rental boxes earlier this week. Enjoy all the basketball action this week with our new MultiView feature!

If you have not yet migrated to our new CFTV platform, you can do so by calling the office at 724-423-3000 to schedule a conversion. You’ll love this new MultiView feature and the many other great features on the CFTV platform.

• Unexpected or urgent messages: Emails claiming your account will be closed, your payment failed, or that you must act “immediately” are common red flags.

• Suspicious links or attachments: Hover over links before clicking to verify the URL. If it looks unusual or doesn’t match the sender, don’t open it.

• Spelling or grammar errors: Many phishing attempts contain noticeable mistakes or awkward phrasing.

• Requests for personal information: Citizens Fiber will never ask for your password, Social Security number, or payment details through email.

If you receive an email that seems suspicious, do not click any links or reply. Instead, forward it to our support team at [email protected] or call 724-423-5777 so we can verify its legitimacy.
