Strong teams start with strong leaders. 💪

Over the past year, HR Manager Annie Pineda has implemented a Field Leader Training program aimed at providing annual leadership development across the markets she supports. The training covers essential topics such as coaching, training, conflict resolution, policy guidance, and documentation best practices.

Following successful sessions for our Hyperscale team plus our team in Texas, Annie recently visited our Phoenix market, spending several days with our Foremen to review HR policies and procedures and strengthen leadership capabilities in the field.

⚾ Our Chicago headquarters continued a favorite summer tradition with this year's annual office outing at a Chicago White Sox game!

For the past two years, our team has enjoyed cheering on the Kane County Cougars together, and this year we switched things up with a trip to the South Side to watch the White Sox in action. The day was filled with great baseball, team camaraderie, and plenty of memories.

To make the experience even more special, several team members attended their very first White Sox game and received a First Game Certificate to commemorate the occasion.

We're grateful for opportunities like these to connect, celebrate our team, and continue the traditions that make our workplace culture so special.

As our 2026 NTI Internship Program comes to a close, we're celebrating an incredible group of interns who spent the summer learning, growing, and making meaningful contributions across NTI, a Network Connex company.

With the support of dedicated sponsors and mentors, interns gained hands-on experience in their roles while developing valuable collaboration, workplace, and technical skills. Throughout the program, each intern completed a project aligned with their responsibilities and career goals, culminating in presentations showcasing their learnings and results.

This year, interns joined teams across the country in roles spanning project management, engineering, IT, data analytics, construction, fiber optics, and more, from Atlanta and Chicago to Houston and Manassas.
