First of all, with great sorrow, and suffering, Josh passed away on Feb 17th, 2023. He is greatly missed.
Brian and I have been struggling to service our clients. It has become a tiger by the tail. Sooo!

After 47 years in business, I have decided it is time to enjoy retirement. I have appreciated your partnership over these many years. As I move on to this next phase, I want you to know that I am leaving you in good hands. I have decided to transition the Iowa Technologies, Inc business to Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS) of Monticello, IA. This transaction will close on April 1, but your services will continue as you are currently accustomed to them.
ITS was founded in 2007. The team at ITS consists of 20 dedicated individuals. ITS will maintain a presence in Manchester at our current location. Brian Wilson, a long-time member of my team, will be joining them.
We will be reaching out to you over the coming weeks to discuss transition plans and introduce you to your new technology partner. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
