VODPROM and the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the roadmap, a pilot region was identified for the implementation of the project which, in accordance with the UN decisions, is subject to further global development.

We are glad to announce that an agreement has been reached with the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the implementation of the VODPROM project. Next step - signing of the agreement.

What does this mean for all of us? That this is an additional guarantee of the project implementation, which is extremely important in the current market conditions

How to earn in the VODPROM?

The user generates his income in two ways:

1. To become a DAO VODPROM user.
The DAO treasury is filled with commission fees from each project. Further, it can distribute the received income among all DAO users. The amount of commission fees, as well as the volume of income distribution between all users, is unique for each project and is formed by the DAO itself in popular vote.
2. To invest in the project itself.
The user can additionally invest in the project itself and receive income from it:
- The user can invest in water facilities and receive remuneration;
- The user can invest in VOD Check: one receives remuneration while testing water;
- The user can pay utility bills with tokens, which is much more profitable due to the increase in the value of the token itself;
- Having VOD tokens the user can influence key decisions within the VOD platform, which will qualitatively affect his status and potential opportunities.

The average cost of one cubic meter of water (1000 liters) varies from $2 to $5. Consequently, the VOD token in its value will tend to the real cost of a cubic meter of clean drinking water.

Roadmap for this year

This year we’ll do the following together:

1. To release the MVP VOD platform, where we can unite and see the current environmental situation;
2. To open the first investment pool. We’ll determine the pilot country where we will carry out all the initial work;
3. To help people. We’ll build the first water facility, which, thanks to you, will provide clean water to people later this year;
4. To launch the VOD Check, where we can check personally the quality of water before, during and after the implementation of the project;
5. To assemble the first structure of the DAO and determine our next steps, income and development vectors;
6. To define the following regions to connect to the VOD platform.

Advantages of the VODPROM project

The main advantage of the VODPROM project is its global application in the physical world.

By providing society with a practical global application, the project brings direct benefits to the Earth and humanity. But how does it look in real life?
1. Users collect real environmental data
2. They influence directly on the changes in the current situation, when selecting regions that need to change the quality of the water resource, as well as directing resources to them
3. They act as managers: using a single environment platform, they determine new vectors of development and form a new model of society-states-corporations interaction

We can’t help noting that VODPROM is a project with an emphasis on water as a new oil of the 21st century. Water quality is of great importance not only in health issues, but also in industrial-scale tasks. Due to low-quality water, mortality is increasing, the quality of life is deteriorating, the quality of products is falling and, as a result, the profit from the turnover is decreasing.

Currently, the water resource market still holds the leadership not only in the global economy, but also in the global agenda -"on the topic of the day”. At the same time, the scale of environmental problems is only growing, which gives the VODPROM project a large field for implementation.

Why Join The VOD Mission

We have identified 3 key challenges that exacerbate one another:

1.Lack of understanding of personal responsibility for humanity’s actions and impact on the environment. The environment can be saved and re-modeled, however, unless every person assumes full responsibility, the environment will inevitably return to its initial state.

2.The outdated society-states-corporations interaction mechanism. The existing interaction mechanism implies that a person delegates their vote to the state, which later makes a decision and implements it in cooperation with corporations. This model has not only failed to fulfill the society’s expectations but has also created a number of new challenges. Among them are:

- Ongoing depletion of natural resources;
- Climate change and attendant environmental risks;
- Outdated society-state-corporation interaction model;
- Lack of open, secure, and trustworthy sources of passive income;
- Manifestation of unfair competition, falsification and corruption.

3. The global ecological crisis. Water is one of the Earth’s key resources. It is of decisive importance for human lives and health. Drinking water deficiency, along with unsatisfactory quality, is a great challenge for both developed and developing countries.

To cultivate a new model of society-states-corporations interaction, VODPROM was created DAO VODPROM where each person participates in making strategically important decisions for humanity

DAO is a structure with no central governing body, whose users share a common goal to do what is best for the structure. For all of us, the value consists of three elements:

- New projects identification.
Promoting any initiatives and projects for implementation. By
popular vote, users identify projects for the community, which will
be further implemented;
- Project financing.
The projects selected by popular vote are open to users’ funding,
allowing early entry and higher revenues;
- Additional income from the projects implementation.
By popular vote, users determine the amount of income received
from the projects implementation and their distribution among all
participants.

What is the VOD platform

The VOD platform is a single platform for monitoring and controlling the environment, which allows a user to openly monitor the quality of water resources around the world and, together with states and corporations, make strategically important decisions for humanity, choose development vectors, as well as integrate new systems, platforms and partners

How it works

1. Users consistently select regions that need to change the quality of the water resource by connecting the region to the VOD platform;
2. In the selected region, the investment pool required for the program implementation, as well as the implementation timing and income are formed;
3. Users fill the pool of the selected region;
4. After the pool is filled, water facilities are built and modernized in the region, and users receive a quarterly reward in proportion to the amount invested;
5. After construction, the facilities are launched, providing clean water to the inhabitants of the region. They are connected via blockchain to the VOD platform and display all the information about the water quality in the region;
6. Users control the water quality and develop the further program in the region, through popular voting on the platform;
7. The following regions to connect or new spheres are additionally defined.

⛔️ Why our project is completely fake-proof

The environment and its protection are fundamental for the overall quality of life on planet Earth. For this reason the information concerning the use of natural resources is subject to no alteration and is to be available to anyone.

Society has every right to information about the quality of the natural resources they use. In case of drinking water it has to do with the information on its treatment, purification, and wastewater quality.

We have been witness to technological disasters multiple times.
Many were caused by data falsification and alteration, leakage concealment, and even deliberate discharge of untreated sewage.
The latter are concealed post-factum, after the damage to health and environment is already done. And we have been looking for a way to ensure security and honesty in environment protection.

Our solution is the TRINITY metaverse platform - simple yet efficient.

We have created and are developing a unified metaverse platform for collecting, monitoring, and analysis of data on the use of natural resources, beginning with the most essential one - water.

Our platform is formed upon blockchain and DeFi technologies. This is the ultimate proof of our honesty and openness. The data from every facility is going to be collected with the help of a system of precise detectors and sensors integrated into the blockchain. How do we implement the VODPROM project in phase 1?

There are 4 steps to bringing it to life:

1️⃣ Our tokens are distributed among as many Earth dwellers as possible
The tokens are keys to the entire mechanism.

Tokens represent the Earth inhabitants’ votes and opinions, too.
This grants all token holders an equal right to decide on the action to take and the direction to proceed in.

2️⃣ The token holders gain access to unique terms and opportunities that only major funds and corporations had before

After the tokens are distributed evenly around the planet, every token holder gains a chance to co-own a communal object and later receive profit in accordance with the share at their disposal.
A pool is formed for every communal object and facility, and anyone can acquire a share in it. After the pool is sold out completely, the shareholders choose the type of facility for construction, as well as the country and precise location where the object shall be constructed.
The object may as well be purchased by a solitary investor.

This allows for a win-win outcome for all parties involved:
💧The state has its communal infrastructure modernized or upgraded without any time or financial investments;
💧The investors gain direct profit from their object under state and investment fund guarantees within the next 25 years. Apart from that, they have a power to influence the change in their region and improve the quality of thousands of lives;

The contents of the database are to be decided upon by the shareholders, but it shall include the following data by default: the incoming and outcoming water quality information, financial flows and their distribution, the object’s amortization and depreciation rates.

4️⃣ The facility operates under open-ended supervision and control of the society

The TRINITY metaverse platform is then entrusted to its users for self-sustaining supervision and control of the environment in their region.
The platform features tools for complex collaborative data analysis and direct communication with every party (state representatives, corporations, funds, media, etc.).
The society can then choose the next vector for environmental development, be it water treatment or any other area (healthcare, energy, waste management, etc.)

1. How much funding is there currently under your management?
As of now the UNICAP FUND 1 equals €200 mln. Additionally, we own a project portfolio worth over €1.7 bln. The projects are government-based, segmented geographically, and are independent from one another. The projects are categorized into industry and engineering segments

2. What other projects are you currently working on?
As of now we have created and are developing two projects, VODPROM and TRINITY

3. What are the time frames of the VODPROM project?
The minimum implementation period of a project of this kind is 25 years. The reason for this is the public-private partnership terms in its core

4. What are your plans for the next 5 years?
We plan to focus on the development and integration of our TRINITY platform. The platform will allow for more “blue oceans” to appear

5. Are you planning to launch any other projects under UNICAP?
After we bring VODPROM, our project on potable water, to the desired level, we are going to expand in other vectors of environment protection: waste treatment, energy, healthcare, industry, and infrastructure
