There is always one thing that we will do first or ask you to do first when you call us. This one thing can save you time and money every time.

Do a restart. Not a shut down. Restart.

See shut down in most environments doesn’t really restart the services. So if your Windows environment is in a failed state, it will start back up in a failed state using shut down. With restart it will restart the services.

This usually solves a lot problems. You’re welcome ☺️

We have a new face joining our team today! Welcome Gordon!

Our focus is to have someone on site and have the doors open for in shop support. We’re also going to be changing the phone system in the upcoming day so that calls will ring to one of our staff. If they are busy, it will go to our ticketing system.

Walk-ins are welcome. Our walk-in hours will be from nine till three daily.
