Your website is doing one of two things right now: making you money, or quietly costing you it.
We build and audit small business websites frequently especially this time of year, and these three mistakes show up over and over.
1. No clear call to action. Someone lands on your site interested, but there's nothing telling them what to do next. No "Call Now," no "Book a Consult," just a pretty page with nowhere to go. If your website doesn't tell people what to do, they won't guess.
2. Contact info that's buried. Your phone number and hours are hidden on a separate page instead of front and center. By the time someone finds it, they've already moved on to the next search result.
3. A site that's gone stale. Old photos, outdated hours, a "coming soon" section that's been "coming soon" for a year. It tells visitors the business isn't active, even if you are.
None of these are hard to fix. They just get missed when you're busy running the actual business instead of staring at your own website.
If it's been a while since you looked at yours with fresh eyes, we'd be happy to. Send us a message and we'll tell you exactly what we see.
