And our latest site launched live this week, the new site for the Wooden Spoon! Natasha approached us on a referral from another client to redo their current website, and we couldn't have been more excited about it! We LOVE their baked goods and everything they have to offer, and all of the fantastic work they do in the community, especially to support other woman owned businesses, many of whom I also am proud to be associated with! We had worked with South Creek HR and Crystal on some other projects and she approached us about redoing her website. In process but juuuust about over the finish line, we were contacted by the board in charge of the historic Sakatah Cemetery in Waterville, MN. They wanted a website build that would include a way to search up records and find plots within the large cemetery. We are finishing up the maps now but have the records search built in. Hey folks, still kicking over here, just kind of chilling for the last year and a half, Covid of course has had an effect on, well, everything and everyone. We have been slow, to say the least, so not a lot of news to report. We do, however, still dabble from time to time in making websites! So we do have a couple to share, so check out the next posts.

In the meantime, please make sure you are taking care of yourself, and your family, friends and neighbors; get the vaccine, save a life! Possibly your own, possibly your neighbors, but we need to work together and take care of each other, remember that it's not about you but about all of us!

I'd like to welcome the newest addition to our hosting environment, Schwartz Farms, Inc. (https://schwartzfarms.com). They recently made the decision to move their hosting and put out an RFP for hosting and potential website redesign. We were pleased to be selected as their new host, and while we have already done some updating to their current site, they are looking to the future and an entire website redesign and rebuild. We are very excited about launching that project soon!

A great project we wrapped up bit ago and I didn't post on, was our long-time customer Diesel Specialties (https://dieselspecialties.com). They were previously on the Magento e-commerce platform, which was getting outdated and needed some serious work to upgrade. After some discussion it was decided to move them to a Wordpress site with Woo-Commerce instead. It was a much faster and easier implementation, and allows them increased ability and ease for updating their website and products themselves.

We custom designed a whole new look and feel for the site, while still staying true to their brand standards. We implemented a slick Catalog feature, integrated their Twitter feed, and added Featured products that they can easily change out themselves. We also incorporated Youtube videos, Troubleshooting, a Diesel Blog, and Frequently Asked Questions. We're very pleased with how the site came out but, more importantly, so are the folks at Diesel Specialties!
