Ridgetop Networks service has had intermittent outages for all customers since shortly before 8:30am this morning. We believe there is a problem with our upstream fiber circuit connecting us to the internet, and our upstream fiber provider is investigating. We're sorry for the problems with the service, and we'll update you when we believe it's been resolved!

We're currently experiencing a complete service outage due to overnight network maintenance not going as expected, and are working as fast as possible to restore service. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We've got an outage affecting a few customers in Mansfield and north of town. We have to replace equipment on our tower in Mansfield, which we expect to be done by sometime this afternoon.

We're investigating an outage at our main Hartville tower. We will provide an estimated time to repair once we identify the problem.

Due to a safety issue at our tower this morning we were delayed climbing. We have found lightning damage on a core piece of tower equipment. We're working to replace it as soon as possible. We expect to have service restored to most of Hartville by 2:00 pm. Thank you all for your patience while we work to resolve this issue!

Our main Hartville tower currently has an outage; it appears ilour equipment may have gotten damaged by the lightning storm this morning, but we are working to repair it as soon as possible! We should have a more detailed estimate around 10:30am.

We restored service earlier tonight, but it isn't running as smoothly as normal, due to some temporary equipment we had to use to get the service working again.

Friday morning we'll be working on it again, and expect to return it to normal sometime midday. Customers may see a short outage at that time.

We apologize for the lengthy outage tonight for so many of our customers! We appreciate your patience as we worked hard to get service restored.

There is currently an outage affecting our tower north of Mansfield, which also impacts our customers in Macomb and Hartville. We are working as quickly as possible to get service back up!
