If you were impacted by Spirit Airlines… this is for you.

We created an entry-level program to help people understand how to transition into tech (Workday).

Inside, we break down:
✔ What the roles actually look like
✔ How people get into the space
✔ The exact path to make a career shift

This is NOT a $6,000 program.

👉 It’s an affordable starting point ($197)
so you can get clarity before making any big decisions.

No guesswork. No gatekeeping.

Nothing hits harder than hearing our students say, “CodeTech changed my life.” 💙

Students come to The CodeTech Collective feeling stuck, no tech background, no Workday experience, and no idea where to start. After 12 weeks of faith led coaching, hands on Workday training, and a community that refuses to let them quit, they leave with skills, confidence, and stories of securing interviews, promotions, and life-changing opportunities for their families.

If you’re ready for this to be your testimony next, comment “TESTIMONY” and a team member will reach out with details about our next 12-week Workday cohort.

Breaking into tech shouldn’t depend on who you know or where you started. At The CodeTech Collective, we help career changers, especially Black, Brown, and women professionals, overcome barriers like no experience, no network, and no clear roadmap. Our 12-week Workday training pathway is built for those ready to pivot and succeed, offering hands on skills and a supportive community so you leave with confidence and credentials for high-impact tech roles. Comment “ROADMAP” if you’re ready for a new path!

From our kitchen table to tech careers across the country. 🧡

This is where The CodeTech Collective started. Late nights, two laptops, big faith, and a vision to open tech doors for people the industry kept overlooking. We saw talented Black, Brown, and women professionals shut out of Workday roles not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access, guidance, and community.

So we turned this table into a launchpad: faith-led coaching, a 12 week Workday training pathway, and a family style community that walks with you from “I’m not sure I belong in tech” to “I’m leading in this space.”

If you’ve ever felt overlooked but called to more, this picture is your reminder that big legacies can start in small rooms. Comment “LEGACY” if you’re building something bigger than yourself and tag someone who needs to know they belong in tech, too.

Hit play, then comment “READY” if you want details on the next 12-week Workday cohort, and share this with someone who should be in Tim’s next class.
