From our kitchen table to tech careers across the country. 🧡

This is where The CodeTech Collective started. Late nights, two laptops, big faith, and a vision to open tech doors for people the industry kept overlooking. We saw talented Black, Brown, and women professionals shut out of Workday roles not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access, guidance, and community.

So we turned this table into a launchpad: faith-led coaching, a 12 week Workday training pathway, and a family style community that walks with you from “I’m not sure I belong in tech” to “I’m leading in this space.”
