The prototype 1 dimension collimator. The plastic has a bit of flex and the print quality was less than perfect. The orthogonal divergence improves significantly, approaching the parallel axis divergence creates a square beam profile. Rough measurements look like were under 1mrad full beam width, both directions. (I was bouncing the beam off parallel mirrors to measure)

Waiting for some parts for red and blue, keep revising the collimator for laser cut aluminum parts. Got a new workshop coming soon, might make a bunch of lasers I dunno.

Low divergent single diode laser, Thor labs aspheric primary collimator and a secondary cylindrical collimator. Laser cut aluminum parts saved milling time and the 2nd collimator is printed plastic. Waiting on the print service, it's a clever compact adjustable stage for the cylindrical lenses.

Plans for all diode RGB laser sources in the works, just need to dust off my keyboard... and get back to drafting. Powered by our 50kHz analog driver all stacked on one compact pcb.

I made a dollar today; happy to be back on the books, but still in the red. The forecast for this year is loss, but business will thrive in 2014. The research is done and the Development has resumed. The FDA can expect a fresh equipment variance request soon. Happy NYE!!!

One hand drafted schematic per week, keeps the pencils sharp. Preamp featuring a paired voltage mirror and differential amplifier resulting in a high input impedance and signal filtering. Current limiting device with adjustable bias, capable of over 100 kHz analog modulation.
