I had a gentleman bring me his laptop to see if I could recover files from the hard drive. He had taken it to a computer shop in Marietta and they told him they couldn't help him. Dayspring Computers was able to recover all his files! The customer was delighted and couldn't understand how I could do it but the "pros" couldn't!

Beginning October 14, 2025, Windows 10 will reach its end-of-life support. The effect this will have on your computers running Windows 10 will be no new security updates, non-security updates, or assisted support. Microsoft will be encouraging customers to migrate to Windows 11 to avoid security risks. However, due to older hardware incompatibility, not every computer can upgrade to Windows 11.

Microsoft requires that all computers have a Trusted Platform Module version 2.0 (TPM 2.0) in order to run Windows 11. Unfortunately, any computer over five years old will likely not have a TPM 2.0 chip.

If your computer is not able to upgrade to Windows 11, I have options to get your PC or get you a PC ready for Windows 11. Please give me a call, text or email and I will start working when you're ready to get your PC in working order for the upgrade!

My customer was having issues with an update going very slow and the computer was also booting very slowly. When I booted into the BIOS, navigating the options with the keyboard was also extremely delayed. I checked the hard drive and memory and found zero issues. What was the issue? A damaged front USB port was shorting out and causing the issue! The customer's PC is back with them and they're very pleased with the fix and upgrades Dayspring Computers provided!
