R&B Marketing is expanding our team of sales pros to drive company growth for our clients. We have coached thousands with the proven system to win in sales, now you can join us and take your skill set to the next level!

If you're a driven team player, experienced in connecting with people and able to lead conversations, then this role might be perfect for you. We give top-level one on one training so that all of your skills are sharpened right away. We want our employees to constantly strive towards their next level of success.

We're looking for a great communicator who is eager to learn and create wins for our clients. They need the following experience:

-Previous outbound sales experience (an asset, but not required)
-Outgoing with strong communication skills
-Great listening skills
-Willingness to work in a high input, high impact company culture
-Able to work remotely, proficiency in technology & and social media
-Passionate about helping people reach new levels or goals.

This position will focus on engaging new potential clients and developing trust to schedule a call with one of our sales team advisors. You’ll spend most of your time communicating via text, phone conversations or social media platforms like Facebook Messenger - so it's important you enjoy connecting with people.
