***** CLARKSVILLE INTERNET CUSTOMERS - INTERNET OUTAGE **** Due to a fiber being cut, their is an internet outage in the Clarksvile Area. We are expecting service to be out for several hours.

Clarksville Internet Customers - Metro Communications will be doing maintenance to their network that will cause an internet outage. This will start on April 8, 2026 approximately 11:59 pm and end April 9, 2026 approximately 5:00 am. The outage is expected to last 1 hour.

IF ANY CLARKSVILE INTERNET CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING WIFI ISSUES,.. We know what the issue is. After an upgrade yesterday morning, some devices went back to default and we just need to setup the Network name (SSID) and wifi password. Our Network maintenance has been completed. Telephone and internet should be back up and working. If you have internet issues, you may need to restart your router.

Tonight at midnight 12/23/2025 at 12:00 am, we will be doing a major upgrade to our network. This will cause both telephone and internet outages for all customers as we are doing this. It is our hope to keep the downtime as short as possible. We expect everything to be back up and working by early morning.
