🚨 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗕𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦: 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧

On October 21, 2026, WordPress.org issued an urgent security advisory following the discovery of two critical vulnerabilities in PHP — the technology powering WordPress websites.

Both vulnerabilities received a critical severity rating of 9.2 out of 10 and could potentially allow attackers to execute malicious code on affected servers without authentication.

WordPress is urging website owners to check their PHP versions and apply the necessary security updates immediately.

The concern? Your website could be running vulnerable software without you knowing it.
