Today is Friday January 2nd 2026. We want to report that our crews have been working tirelessly to bring restoration to everyone. We are at about 85-90% restoration. Some of the remaining outages may require rebuilding the area and also moving from area to area cleaning up individual lines down. We are continuing to work through this situation handed to us from Mother Nature! We appreciate your continued patience and support at this time.

Due to ongoing winter weather, we have a high number of lines down and service related issues. Crews are working to restore services as quickly as possible. There are no estimated times for restoration available at this time. We appreciate your patience.

UPDATE: Services from this outage have been restored

We are aware of an outage in the Wells and McCoy Lake areas near LeRoy. There is power line work in the area that has affected our service. Once we can get to our equipment, we will assess and repair our power backup systems that did not work. Our apologies for this service interruption.

We are currently experiencing an outage in the Rose Lake area. Service restoration will be delayed as we are waiting for the power company to replace poles and clear high voltage downed wires.

Summit Digital has been informed that our upstream transport will perform emergency maintenance on 3/27/2025 from 12 AM to 6 AM. They estimate an approximately 2-hour downtime during that time. All services are potentially affected during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is beyond our control.

Summit Digital will be doing maintenance on the system around the Rose Lake area today (3/19/25) due to a forced move of a fiber line on the southeast side of Rose Lake. There will be short outages during the day.

There is currently an issue with Verizon phones being unable to call our office. If you need to contact us, you can message us here on Facebook, submit a ticket through the client portal, or try a non-Verizon phone.

UPDATE: As of 8:20AM systems appear to be back online. However we are still waiting for an a final notice from our upstream that services are fully restored.

Our upstream provider is having an issue with their system. This is causing an outage for all of our Internet subscribers. We are working to get an update from them as to restoration at this time.
