Thank you to OSUIT and the Cherokee Nation for inviting us to participate in your career fair. We had the opportunity to connect with many motivated young men who are eager to build a future in fiber!

This 12-week program offers hands-on training in aerial fiber, drop placement, splicing, and more—providing a strong foundation in fiber construction and preparing participants for success in the workforce. Each graduate walks away with the tools and skills needed to be job-ready from day one.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to engage with such driven individuals and to be part of a program making a meaningful impact in the industry. We look forward to bring these driven young men onto our projects!

An extra special thank you to our Billing Manager, Samantha West, for literally bringing the office to Ada, OK for the week. Most do not know that behind the scenes, sometimes we require the women of this company to report to job sites to handle business! We have the best team.

Little boss man Wilder on the job site, making sure we are prepped and ready for our next project. Aerial construction has been our only focus for nearly seven years now, but with over twenty years of experience, our foreman is eager to integrade underground fiber installation into our workforce. What a great expansion for Everman Fiber in 2026!

Everman Fiber building mainline fiber on our second project in southern Oklahoma today. Doing the work to keep communities connected! I even spy Clint Everman back in a bucket.

More importantly, we are keeping those affected by the wildfire outbreaks in our home states in our thoughts and prayers.

Clicks Steakhouse in Pawnee, OK, deserves a special thank you for having us in for outstanding food and downtime as we celebrated Christmas and reflected on a successful year. Clint nearly had them agree to go caroling. Maybe next year, lol. We genuinely value the dedication and hard work from our Oklahoma aerial crew!

2026 is going to be a big year for us. Stay tuned for what’s to come.

Throughout the many places our work has carried us, it’s now bringing us home.

Clint will never make a thing of it, but as his business partner and wife, I could not be more proud to be pulling fiber in Parsons, KS! Clint’s very own hometown. This is one of those moments we will never forget. Everman Fiber- Bringing high speed internet to the neighborhoods that raised him. This is the dream. This is what we have worked for and I’m so very proud! If you see our name, give us a wave! 👋

This week, Shiloh’s Family Cooking (or as I’m told by locals is changing ownership to Leo’s Place) hosted us for our company meeting. We frequent there for dinner after long work days. We build rural aerial fiber optic in small communities all over the states, and everywhere we land we are fortunate enough to be greeted kindly by locals. That is why we are Midwest proud!
