Luna Moth from this week prompt by The Tuesday Collective | weekly creative challenge 🌙 Moths

First one I went straight into watercolor then added some pencil & ink. Second one has been sketched out for years and I finally painted it. Do you have a preference? Been trying to be more lose and sketchy with my art lately.

Check out that cool caterpillar. Love how its whole body moves! Apparently they turn orangish when they actively look a place to make a cocoon 🌙🎨✨

I joined the ugly butterfly challenge by & the idea is to not let perfection stop you.

I started this before I knew about the challenge and didn’t like it so I stopped (2nd photo).

My 2 year old was joyfully painting a brown blob & I decided to join and finish my butterfly. 🎨🦋✨

I’ve been inspired from watching my daughter explore and find joy in the littlest things.
