Our parent company, Hoyos Consulting LLC and Four Lakes Broadband were happy to support the McFarland Community Festival this weekend with internet bandwidth, and wifi networks for back of house operations, as well as an open guest network available for use in a poor cell coverage area! Hope you were able to make it down and enjoy (and get a free Four Lakes Broadband can coozie from the beer tent! They went fast!)

Fun work that our parent company Hoyos Consulting LLC has been up to over the last few weeks - deploying a private LTE network for the capitol square - this weekend it's in use for the Taste of Madison!

We're excited and honored that our own Andrew Hoyos will be part of the newly created Dane County Broadband Task Force. Broadband access is still a real issue in Dane County and Wisconsin, especially in rural areas. Hoyos Consulting LLC and Four Lakes Broadband have been fighting this in our own backyard for the last few years, and it will be good to have Andrew part of the team to help drive funding/policy/change to get more broadband in more places in Dane County.

Our parent company Hoyos Consulting LLC and folks from Four Lakes Broadband love to help out with Holiday Fantasy in Lights every year - thanks for letting us be a part of it! We install a bunch of cameras, point to point wireless links, and do the programming for the fancy "dancing trees"! Go take a spin through at Olin Park, dusk till dawn until Jan 3rd, and candy canes from 4:30-10pm each night! Happy Holidays!

Hoyos Consulting LLC and Four Lakes Broadband have placed two new free WiFi Hotspots for use in the Town of Dunn and Stoughton areas. With school starting again soon, we want to ensure that folks have access to internet at various locations if no current access at home, or if having issues with your current provider.

The network name to look for on your device is "FourLakes-Hotspot".
