Meet Doug Weber, Senior Director of Sales at PalniES a leader whose impact spans decades in the telecom and network engineering space.
Doug brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, design, and sales strategy for network operators and ISPs, dating back to the early days of large-scale coax deployments. From his start with Kelly Cable in Parker, CO, to his current leadership role at PalniES, Doug has always been at the forefront of industry evolution.

🔹 Long-term customer relationships and strategic account management
🔹 Complex partner engagements and high-level collaboration with our Board to shape go-to-market strategies and drive future growth
