If you are with Suddenlink internet and been updated with the new speed and having some strange issues you need a new router with the new protocols and 5g wifi. I have had several customers that have had this issue. Also if you have Spectrum Business and been updated you may also need this fix call me 972-542-5232

If you save your passwords in the new microsoft edge go to .. then settings and then from your profile look at passwords and the list of web pages that you saved your passwords and to the right of each site there are .. click on those dots and see your password! then the .. at the top they can be exported to a drive! WHAT A SECURITY VULNERABILITY!!!! microsoft put it there and imported all your settings automatically...... Thank You very much and also thanks for the newest update that crashed my computer and my customers systems.

I saw a very odd fake message on a macbook air a message that you are infected with a bouncing ball that goes to a fake download folder! If you have a mac just exit out of your browser after about 2 or 3 reboots it will disappear! then download avira anti-virus and malwarebytes for mac. ( Remember a mac can get a virus and malware there just not as many as a pc but they are the worse kind) because most mac owner do not believe they can be infected!

If you have Microsoft office 2013 - 2019 make sure you know where your key card is and write on it your Microsoft account email and password. If you need to reinstall it and do not have it you will need to buy a new office program!
