We’re proud to share a major milestone in Tilli Software's journey. Our Chief Revenue Officer, Shabbir Gilani, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
With more than 30 years of experience across fintech and enterprise software, Shabbir brings a proven track record of building and scaling go-to-market strategies that turn innovation into sustainable growth. As CRO, he helped shape Tilli’s GTM foundation - expanding enterprise adoption, strengthening strategic partnerships, and positioning Tilli as a modern, API-driven platform focused on customer experience, digital communications, and intelligent payment engagement.
Tilli’s momentum is powered by an exceptional team across product, engineering, compliance, and operations that has built a secure, scalable, enterprise-grade platform delivering seamless, client-facing experiences for complex and regulated industries. This progress would not be possible without Ali Saberi, Tilli’s Founder, whose vision and leadership laid the foundation for the customer-first payments and communications platform Tilli is today. Shabbir is grateful for the trust and opportunity to build on what Ali and the team have created.
