Need technical support? Home Networking? We're your go-to! Currently with social distancing recommendations, we are avoiding entering customers' homes when possible and can do screen-share, Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, etc to walk you through your technical issue if feasible.
Also, we can meet at any agreeable public location to exchange equipment in a contactless fashion. Upon completion of any repairs, equipment will be wiped down, and left in our trunk. We'll open the trunk for you and leave the equipment and a bottle of wipes to re-clean the equipment once more if you desire.
We use 5-mil automotive chemical-resistant gloves when possible while working on customer equipment in our workshop during the crisis to avoid spreading any contamination either from or to your hardware. The only time gloves come off are when working with small objects like tiny screws, which are sanitized with 71% rubbing alcohol.
