I’m so honored to be one of the volunteer artists selected to participate in an amazing fundraiser for the York County SPCA!

I had the privilege of painting a sweet corgi named Oliver, and I hope his owners love the painting I created of him!

Your pet can be transformed into a one-of-a-kind portrait created by one of the talented volunteer artists participating in this event. Best of all, every portrait purchased helps provide second chances for homeless animals.

I have a slight obsession with Highland cows, so naturally I had to paint one.

Meet Augustus! He’s a big, fluffy guy on a 36” x 48” canvas and took A LOT of oil paint, time, and probably more patience than I’d like to admit.

I had so much fun painting all that crazy hair and bringing this handsome guy to life. I’m pretty sure my Highland cow obsession is only getting worse… and honestly, I’m okay with it.

My kind of evening.
An espresso martini in one hand, a paintbrush in the other, and a few hours to work on this Highland cow. There’s still a lot to do, but it’s finally starting to come together, and I’m loving how it’s turning out.
This is my favorite way to unwind after a long day.

With so many blueberry festivals happening this weekend, I thought it was the perfect time to share one of my blueberry paintings. This piece is especially meaningful to me because it was one of the first paintings I created after picking up a paintbrush again in 2018.

Stepped away from work and the studio for a few days to immerse myself in the quiet beauty of the woods. But as it turns out, the woods weren’t so quiet!

We shared our space with a resident black bear who made multiple daily appearances at our campsite. I also made friends with some smaller locals, White-breasted Nuthatch bird, a chipmunk, and a squirrel.

Living alongside them was the perfect reminder of how beautiful the world is outside the studio. Back to work with a full heart and a lot of new inspiration!

Last summer, I started a huge project in my backyard—turning it into a flower garden. It's been a lot of work, but it's finally starting to come together!

One of the reasons I wanted a flower garden was to create inspiration for future paintings. I can't wait to see what blooms and use those colors and flowers as references for new artwork.

There’s nothing more special than seeing my artwork become part of someone’s home. Knowing one of my paintings gets to be enjoyed every day on their wall is such an honor as an artist.
