This product consists of 25 pieces of silicon wafers with Stoichiometric LPCVD Nitride - 1,000Å. Stoichiometric LPCVD Nitride deposited on silicon wafers. Processed in our class 100 cleanroom to ensure a premiμm quality film. This is a furnace process so both surfaces of the wafers will have Nitride. Stoichiometric LPCVD Nitride film stress =>800 MPa Tensile and Refractive Index 2.00 +/- 0.05nm @ 632.8nm.

While most foundries won’t touch precious metals, we consider them a normal part of processing.

When your process requires precious metals deposition, E-beam evaporation provides an excellent choice for wafers that require lift-off processing. We’re experts at keeping the underlying wafer and photoresist cool during metal deposition, delivering the best possible results.

Our E-beam evaporation process provides excellent film-thickness control and can deposit up to six different materials in-situ. While it’s almost impossible for most other foundries to achieve this level of control while depositing thick layers, we’ve developed a specialized time-tested low-temperature E-Beam evaporation process, specifically for use during metal lift-off processing. We offer E-Beam films on substrate diameters 100mm, 150mm, 200mm.

The industrial sector is chock-full of sensors. Just think about the smart home. The thermostat in the living room registers temperature and humidity, adjusting the HVAC system accordingly. The security system features motion sensors in the living room and bedrooms, and glass-break sensors on the windows. To give you another dimension, it integrates with the image sensors in the video doorbell.

Image sensors play a starring role in intelligent vision systems. Combined with AI software, they monitor vehicle congestion on highways and traffic lights at intersections. They inspect bridges and rail lines for faults. And that’s just the starting point.

Though tiny in scale, sensors have a major impact on the factory floor. Pressure sensors monitor vibration and shock in equipment, performing predictive maintenance. Image sensors in machine vision systems inspect semiconductors, flat panel displays, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and other manufactured goods for defects. Pressure sensors and inertial measurement units (IMUs) are common in most service robots, which may include vision systems of their own.

Substrates are cleaned prior to processing in our class 100 cleanroom to ensure a premiμm quality film. This is a furnace process so both surfaces of the wafers will have oxide.

MEMS, biomedical devices, and optical devices often require smaller geometries and tighter line widths than a contact aligner can achieve. That’s why we maintain both I-line stepper lithography equipment and contact lithography equipment with front-to-back alignment capability. Our front-to-back contact aligner provides patterning alignment on both the back and front sides of the substrate for your MEMS and biomedical devices.
