With deer season wrapping up, it's a good time to look back at how venison orders were handled this year.

Between handwritten notes, phone calls, and last-minute questions, a lot of processors and hunters wind up confused or frustrated, even when everyone's trying to do the right thing.

We built Cut Sheets after seeing that play out year after year, with the goal of making venison cut instructions clear and organized before processing starts.

Huge respect to the farmers and processors moving sales online... that's a big leap and we know it'll pay off.

Where things still get messy is after the sale: cut instructions, phone calls, texts, PDFs, and last-minute changes.

Cut Sheet Agent handles that last mile. One link and customers fill out on their own time. Fewer calls, less confusion, and automated handoff to the processor.
