We're in the process of doubling internet speeds for our customers, and we're excited to get you into the fast lane. 🚀

As we roll out these upgrades, a few customers have reported being disconnected from their internet connection. If that happens, try a quick router reboot (unplug it from an electrical outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in). Think of it as a quick pit stop!

You may have seen recent news about the FCC placing restrictions on certain routers due to security concerns tied to foreign-made equipment. These actions focus on future equipment approvals, not devices currently in your home.

While there’s no need to replace your equipment right away, it’s a good reminder that keeping your home WiFi secure and up to date is more important than ever.

Here are a few simple tips:

✔️ Restart your router occasionally

Last week, our new Central Office (CO) building was set in place in Lee County, an important milestone as we continue bringing fiber-to-the-home service to southern Des Moines County and rural Lee County.
