Then they somehow have to turn all of it into a workable plan. 🔎

Dispatch is where a lot of moving pieces become one operation. The tools supporting it should reflect that. 💡

Adding another piece of software does not automatically make an operation more connected.

Order management, dispatch, routing, tracking and billing can all work perfectly well on their own and still leave
teams manually moving information between systems.

The bigger question is whether the tools work together as one operational workflow.
