Had a blast taking the guides of Lake Clark Lodge Alaska out for a rip! Them boys know how to fish! Didnt even have the first line set before Charlie was hooked up.

It was good to familiarize them with the new electronics. They really liked having the livescope to dial in their downrigger setup. Seeing the downrigger ball and your lure makes setup super efficient for them.

Lake Clark Lodge Alaska asked us to come and rig them the ultimate fleet of lake trout catching machines. 5,000 miles, 8 days of rigging, and 4 boats ready to conquer some lake trout.

A fairytale ending to a magical week. Months of planning and logistics, a week of grueling work, and Cheryl catches this monster to round it out.

We can't thank Anders, Emily and their crew enough for the hospitality and opportunity to play in Alaska with them. The future looks bright for their lake trout fishing.

Teaching Chef John the secret art of lake trout trolling.

He loved it, wasn't even interested in catching fish. Said it was more fun watching on the livescope and camera while chasing contour lines. We may have made a monster!

Tomorrow we take the guides out and introduce them to their new electronics and some new ways to target lake trout.

Day 3 has us buttoning up the boats and getting them on the water!

The next few days should be really fun calibrating the new systems and catching lake trout.
