Last week of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, so one question for MSPs: who can delete your clients' backups?

When a client's employee leaves, what happens to their mailbox and OneDrive?

The usual move is to pull the license and delete the account. But once a user is deleted, Microsoft only holds onto their data for a limited time. After that, it's gone.
