Your team shouldn't have to dig through systems for basic answers.

Susco builds AI assistants that know your workflows, your clients, and your data. Ask a question in plain English, get an instant answer. No digging, no switching systems.

One organization deployed an internal assistant that let their team find rules and SOPs instantly, cutting training time and improving accuracy overnight.

Two vendors tried. Both walked away. We delivered.

One of our clients needed their aging VB6 ERP modernized — 200 features, complex logic, developers nearly impossible to find. Two vendors failed.

We delivered across 7 releases. On time. As promised.

Senior engineers who've done this before know what to do when things get complicated.

Manual PO processing for every single house you build adds up fast. 🏠

Townsend Homes was doing exactly that, every new home created a manual PO workflow that cost their team time on every single build.

We built them a QuickBase app that auto-generates purchase orders the moment a new home is created. Correct vendor, correct pricing, automatic.

Faster POs. Faster approvals. Less manual work. More time building houses.

Most claims management software wasn't built for IA firms. 📋

It was built for someone else, then configured and retrofitted to fit the IA model. Which it never quite does.

One of our clients said it best: "Other CMS platforms were built for HVAC companies or property managers, not relevant to our model. RocketClaims really meets the way we operate in claims."

Purpose-built for independent adjusters. Not adapted from something else.

13,900 hours. 6 years. One team. 🤝

For six years, Susco engineers were embedded with one of our clients, building features, maintaining their platform, and keeping mission-critical public safety software running reliably across North America.

The engineers there in year one were still there in year six. That's not a vendor relationship. That's an extension of your team.

If you need engineers who show up and stay accountable long term, that's the model we bring.

When your field operation moves faster than your spreadsheets, it's time for a better system. 🏗️

Alphapex, a specialty construction subcontractor, was scheduling their entire crew through disconnected Google Sheets. We built them a custom web app with centralized scheduling, on-site data capture, and automated SMS notifications to crews.

On time. Within budget. And their team actually loves using it.

That's what custom software built for your workflow looks like.

We just made one of the easiest decisions in our company's history: promoting Harley Jones to Susco's first Chief Technology Officer.

Harley's been writing code since he was 10 years old – it's his passion. He's been leading development teams since he was 24. Five years ago, he joined Susco as a Senior Architect, quickly earning his way to Director of Engineering. And today, he's our first CTO.

That progression wasn't handed to him. He built it, one hard problem at a time.

Before Susco, Harley was brought into a company called Sirota Consulting which hadn't shipped a release in nine months. Their dev team was falling apart. Harley stabilized the platform, retained the talent, and within 11 months the company was acquired by Marsh McLennan, one of the largest insurance and professional services firms in the world.

That's the kind of person he is. He walks into hard situations and makes them work.

At Susco, Harley has gone from architecting solutions for our clients to leading the entire engineering organization which has built RocketClaims from the ground up, a mobile-first, AI-powered claims management platform with multiple customers processing over 100,000 claims a year. Now, as CTO, he'll lead the next generation of RocketClaims development, scaling our AI module roadmap and building the technology that will power the future of claims management for independent adjusting firms across North America. He'll also drive the AI-enhanced development processes we use across every client engagement and the custom AI modules we build for operationally complex organizations in insurance, healthcare, government, construction, and defense.

We believe the best leadership teams are grown, not assembled. Harley is proof. He leads with competence and kindness, and people are genuinely happy to follow him. That's rare.

Congratulations, Harley. Five years in, and the best is still ahead.

If you've ever promoted someone and thought "this should have happened sooner," you know exactly what we're talking about.

Most software companies say they listen. Fewer actually do. 👂

Brad Stephens, CEO of Vector Risk Solutions, said it best:
"When you come back, usually your solution is even better than what we had in our head or thought you would be coming back with."

That's the kind of development relationship IA firms deserve from their CMS provider. It's what we build every engagement around.

The difference between a senior engineer and a mid-level one? What they do in week one. 👇

A mid-level engineer gets oriented, asks where things live, and waits to be told what to do.

A senior engineer reads the codebase, spots the problems coming six months down the road, and flags them before you ask.

One augments your team. The other adds to your management load.

Susco places engineers who have been doing complex, mission-critical work for years. They need context, not hand-holding.

64% cost reduction. Zero manual effort. All from automating the right process. 💰

One of our insurance clients was manually updating adjuster licensing data every month: slow, expensive, and a real compliance risk.

We automated it with nightly syncs so their data is always current and their team never has to touch it again.

That's the kind of quiet, behind-the-scenes work that makes a real difference over time.
