There is nothing we love more than a "hands-on" approach—both for our clients and our community! The WMX team recently spent an afternoon volunteering at . We stayed busy unloading food and medical supplies, and organizing essentials to help the rescue run smoothly. Our "handy" crew even spent time repairing kennel doors and adding fresh gravel to the outdoor areas to ensure the pups stay dry and comfortable.

Of course, the highlight of the day was showing the dogs some extra love with plenty of treats. A big shoutout to Pet Orphans Miami for the incredible work they do every single day; we are so proud of our team for showing up with so much heart! 🐶✨

For brands, agencies or creators seeking to deepen community engagement and improve reach, allocating dedicated time to respond to comments—especially thoughtful replies rather than cursory acknowledgments—can be a valuable approach to social media performance. For November’s birthday lunch, the team headed to Mandolin Aegean Bistro for a taste of the Mediterranean — coastal flavors inspired by Greece and Turkey.

We celebrated with an incredible spread, then wrapped things up back at the office with tres leches cake (because no WMX birthday is complete without dessert).
