As part of an ongoing digital forensic investigation on behalf of Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza (“Alorah Ziva”), this analysis examines publicly documented livestream footage and social media activity involving influencer Braden Eric Peters (“Clavicular”).

The footage shows Peters, a non licensed individual, injecting minor Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza (“Alorah Ziva”) in the face with Aqualyx, an FDA unapproved fat dissolving substance, during a livestream.

The digital evidence raises serious concerns about accountability, online conduct, and the influence of dangerous behavior across social media platforms.

Digital Forensics Now is representing Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, known online as “Alorah Ziva,” in a Miami lawsuit involving serious allegations of exploitation and non-consensual conduct involving a minor during a livestreamed event.

The lawsuit alleges that influencer Braden Eric Peters, known online as “Clavicular,” injected Aleksandra with Aqualyx. An FDA-unapproved fat-dissolving substance without her consent while using her image for online content and engagement.

This case is about accountability, protecting victims, and uncovering the truth through evidence and forensic investigation.

Our CEO, Jovianna Gonzalez, recently joined a panel discussion on Cybersecurity, Elections & National Resilience alongside Alina García and Jon Ticknor, moderated by Mike Asencio for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

The conversation explored the growing impact of AI, election integrity, public trust, and why collaboration between the public and private sectors matters now more than ever.

One thing is certain: resilience is built through preparation, partnerships, and proactive leadership long before a crisis happens.

Thank you to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce for hosting this important discussion and bringing together leaders committed to strengthening security, trust, and national resilience.

Digital Forensics Now welcomed new interns from Florida International University with a hands-on introduction to digital forensics.

On day one, the team conducted a Full File System extraction using Cellebrite Inseyets UFED resulting in a successful collection.

Practical experience is a critical part of forensic training.

Understanding tools, workflows, and collection methods ensures data is acquired in a defensible and structured manner.

Full File System extraction using Cellebrite Inseyets UFED was successful.

A Full File System extraction provides deeper access to device data, including artifacts not available through standard methods.

From a forensic perspective, this matters. Because the method of extraction determines:

• The scope of data recovered
• The completeness of the evidence
• What could ultimately be analyzed and validated

Not all extractions are equal.

What you collect determines what you could prove.

Digital Forensics Now is expanding into Panama.

As digital assets continue to reshape financial crime, the need for forensic chain analysis and crypto investigations is increasing across financial institutions, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

Our work in Panama will focus on:
• Forensic chain analysis and crypto investigations
• Support financial institutions
• Prevention of money laundering (AML)
• Combat the financing of terrorism (CFT)
• Address the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (CPF)
• Strengthen regulatory compliance

On April 29, 2026, our CEO Jovianna Gonzalez will be presenting with the Asociación de Oficiales de Cumplimiento de Panamá (ASOCUPA) on:

“Lavado de Dinero con Criptomonedas: Cómo los Activos Digitales Transforman el Crimen Financiero”

Operation Atlantic disrupted more than $45 million in cryptocurrency fraud.

But the key detail is not the amount. It is how the fraud occurred.

The operation focused on approval phishing where victims unknowingly grant access to their crypto wallets.

Once that approval is given:
wallet access → asset transfer → rapid dispersion.

From a forensic chain analysis perspective, this changes the investigation.

The challenge is not just tracing funds on chain. It is understanding when access was granted and how permissions were approved.

Because by the time transactions appear on chain, the compromise has already happened.

The blockchain shows movement. The investigation starts with access.

A recent health care fraud takedown led to the arrest of eight individuals tied to more than $50 million in intended losses.

The scheme involved sham hospice care facilities billing Medicare for patients who were not terminally ill.

Cases like this highlight a consistent pattern in financial crime.

• Enrollment of ineligible beneficiaries
• False billing for unnecessary services
• Movement of funds through multiple controlled entities

These are not isolated incidents. They are coordinated schemes designed to exploit systems built on trust.

From an investigative standpoint, the challenge extends beyond identifying fraudulent claims.

It requires reconstructing the flow of funds:
source → entity → billing → payment

As funds move across entities, the complexity increases.

Understanding how funds are generated, routed, and distributed is critical in financial crime investigations.

It is not just about having the forensic tool.

It is about knowing what the tool could actually support.

In digital forensics, a device’s make, model, and OS version determine what could be extracted and how defensible that data will be.

In this video, I am testing Cellebrite UFED Inseyets to validate device support before any collection begins.

Because in investigations, assumptions create gaps and gaps create risk.
