We wanted to reach out to all of our clients and let you know that we have had several reports of internet issues while trying to stream the World Cup. Apparently the amount of streaming going on at the same time is causing blurry picture quality and choppy video. In some cases it will not stream at all. We were at a job yesterday and tried going from 1080P to 4K resolution and it would not display in 4K. It stated on the screen (not enough bandwidth). This client had 1 gig very fast internet also. If this happens please call the store at 937-435-5550 and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
