If money moved out of your bank account, the bank is going to ask a hard question: was your computer compromised?

Most people can't answer it. That's where a claim stalls.

We do two things after a banking compromise:

1. Clean the machine properly — keyloggers, remote-access tools, malicious browser extensions, and the startup entries that bring them back.
2. Document it — a written report listing what was found, the dates involved, and what was removed, so you have something real to give your bank, your insurer, or a police report.
If you've already filed with the bank, bring the claim number — we'll match our report to their dates.

We also reset your passwords and banking logins from a device we know is clean, and set up 2FA so it doesn't happen twice.

Don't keep banking on a computer you aren't sure about. Call us and we'll start today.

NOTE: Stop using the infected computer for banking until it's been checked. Change passwords from a phone or another clean device, NOT the suspect machine.
