Our team at Newport Tel/NTCNet did a great job yesterday preparing for possible flooding. Thankfully the water crested before getting to the flood barriers we had set up. Sending well wishes to all who were affected from the flooding in the area.

Why is April 1st called April Fool's Day?

The most popular theory is that when France switched from the Julian to the Gregorian calendar (switching New Year's from April 1st to January 1st), many people didn't get the news or were slow to adapt, continuing to celebrate in April.
