This is for those who believed that the importing companies paid the recent tariffs implemented. Take a look at a recent notification from just one of our vendors.
It is with regret that we will have to pass along these increases to the end user, our clients.
Dear Valued Customer,
As previously communicated, we committed to being open, transparent and swift with our communication to you as we mutually navigate the dynamic tariff landscape and its impact to our business, as such, recent changes in tariffs and trade policies continue to impact the cost of many imported products, goods, and materials. While we have taken steps to minimize the impact, ongoing cost pressures have made additional price adjustments necessary. These changes will affect our proprietary, manufactured products.
Effective August 18, 2025, we will implement selective price adjustments across certain exclusive brand categories. While tariff rates being implemented on August 1st have not been finalized, based on the current information available, we expect price increases to be no more than 8%. Updated price lists will be available before the changes take effect. Additionally, we also plan to adjust MSRPs to help manage downstream effects and help protect integrator margins.
For our distributed brands, we continue to work closely with our supplier partners and make pricing adjustments as needed. These changes may vary over time, and we encourage you to check individual items for the most accurate and current pricing.
