You may think that DTG is best suited for multicolor work, which it is, but high detail work is also a benefit, regardless of color count.

Take this design, for example. This high detail, one color design by Strange & Unusual T-Shirts could arguably be screen printed...or could it?

The truth is that, yes, you CAN do just about anything, but SHOULD you? This Goldblum-ian ponderance will lead you to discover that fine detail is best suited for DTG printing. 🔥HOT NEW STUFF ALERT🔥

We had a request from a client that required specialized placement on their garments and Vigo has a history of being quite the wizard with a hat press. You can use them for much more than hats, with the right customization they can be quite flexible and let you do things that you otherwise could not.

So we expanded the shop's equipment with a hat press! 😎

Right after christening the machine by burning his hand, an old printer's trick that is a form of ritual sacrifice, Vigo ran off the first hat 🥓

With this addition to the shop, not only can we produce trashy trucker hats, but also offer sleeve prints, neck label prints, hand burns, and much more! 👍

We had the absolute honor and privilege of both spending some time on set recently and producing shirts for the Dead Format cast and crew ☠️

We are beyond appreciative of getting to be any sort of part of this awesome project! And getting to spend some time on the set was some really special icing on the cake. It felt magical and nostalgic just being in the space, I am very much looking forward to seeing what this very talented group of people does with all of it 👍

A huge thank you to Mike at Reel Splatter Productions, the wonderful Pat W Dougherty, as well as the entire cast and crew, everyone was great and made us feel at home during our visit!

It's surreal to a degree to get to work on things like this with such talented and professional people, thank you so much for believing in us and we look forward to working together for years to come, keep up the amazing work! 🤘
