Everything has been back up all day. If you are still showing down please unplug your router along with the power supply for your radio. (if you follow the Ethernet cable plugged into your internet port on your router it’ll lead you to it. That’s your radios power supply.) Leave both the router and the power supply unplugged for 10-15 seconds, allow a couple of minutes after plugged back in and then try to reconnect to your wifi.

*Update* It appears our network issue is isolated to Greenwood and surrounding areas due to an upstream fiber issue. We have reported the issue to our carrier. No ETR.

There is currently an Oncore outage in Gardendale that is affecting our tower location. We have a tech inroute to hook up a generator to our tower and will have it back online shortly. Please bear with us in the meantime. Thank you for your patience!
