You’re satisfied with your IT support. That’s great…. Then what I’m about to say probably isn’t for you.
Too often people feel that it is “better the devil you know” than to risk making a change when it comes to their tech-support.
Even worse, many have changed, and then deeply regretted it, but won’t swallow their pride, or find it too overwhelming to go back to their previous IT company.
If you’ve read this far, your curiosity is at least piqued. 😉
Let’s face it, switching IT support is never easy, and many companies don’t make it easy for you. (which should tell you something about their ethics…. But that’s another subject for another time.)
If you’ve read this far, you likely have very unique stress points regarding your technology that you don’t know how to deal with. You likely have things that keep you awake at night.
Even if you aren’t convinced you should switch, (or switch back) it is good to get perspective from an outside source.
Here are some key questions to consider:
1. Has anybody taken time to try to understand your specific anxiety points when it comes to your business?
2. Has anybody taken the time to try to understand the full scope of your business and what you do to be sure the tech solutions are best for you?
3. Has anybody taken the time to try to understand how you currently do things before trying to offer you a completely different way?
4. Has anybody taken time to find out how they could make your life and business better overall by listening to what you have to say?
Let’s face it, the days of a sales pitch are long gone.
We are now in the days of conversation.
Think of the last time you talked to potential IT support….
Are they primarily trying to sell? Or are they there to learn?
We would love to learn more about you, your business, and your unique challenges…
Give us a shout and let’s see if we can help you out.
