I am not sure how many subscribers will see this but passing the word. We did have this in the Free Press as well if people actually read the paper! LOL. For the past two weeks we have bulk mailed the paper on Tuesday morning to see when it arrives to subscribers. This is saving us some money but more importantly - wear and tear on vehicles and time spent on the road that we need to be in the shop printing. We may change the publication date to Fridays and the free copies would not go out until we knew the paid customers had received theirs. We know this may inconvenience a few people but please understand the only other option is simply to stop publication and we don't want to do that. Thanks for understanding as we figure this out.

Because of the weather, the Free Press plans to mail this evening. Mifflinburg, New Berlin, MIllmont, Hartleton, Laurelton should be receiving their publications by mail tomorrow. Distributor copies will go out as usual. Thank you for understanding - trust us, this is something we don't like to do - it costs over $400 to mail them.
