Two open jobs. Four-day weeks. We’re hiring two full-time roles at our Milan, IL shop:

Large Format Graphic Preflight Specialist:
You’re the last set of eyes before artwork goes to the printer, CNC router, laser or vinyl cutter. You’ll know Illustrator and Photoshop, catch what others miss, and keep projects moving between design and fabrication. We’ll train you on the equipment.

Installer: Your expertise and know-how bring our projects home: vinyl graphics, window film, wraps, dimensional logos and signage. You’re comfortable on ladders and lifts, good with tools, and enjoy a road trip.

Both roles: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days. 120 hours of PTO from day one, Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day off, health insurance, retirement account with employer match.

We had the privilege of producing and installing the new window graphics for this premier agricultural technology incubator. Designed to support early-stage startups and empower student entrepreneurs, the 518 Collective is set to supercharge West Central Illinois' entrepreneurial ecosystem. 🤩🤯

We loved partnering with Emmaus Road Church in DeWitt, Iowa, to bring their latest project to life!

To help keep their congregation inspired and informed, our team produced and installed a custom dimensional fundraising wall for their “Making Room for the ONE MORE” initiative. Featuring crisp vinyl wall wraps, clean acrylic signage, and bold dimensional lettering, this interactive update gives members a clear, visual look at their future building improvements and progress.

Edwards Creative teamed up with the Buffalo Bill Museum LeClaire IA to bring "𝗟𝗲𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀" to life—taking visitors on a wild ride from the 1830s to the 1930s.

From initial concept sketches to final installation, our crew handled all the visual design, storytelling, and custom details to make LeClaire's history pop off the walls.

Next time you’re cruising through LeClaire, step inside the museum and take a walk back in time! 🧭⏳
