October is Cyber Security Awareness Month and a great time to make sure your accounts are secure with multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring two or more verification steps to log in. This could be a combination of:
• Something you know (a password)
• Something you have (a mobile device)
• Something you are (fingerprint or facial recognition)
MFA makes it much harder for attackers to access your accounts, even if they have your password. Visit the Settings page of your accounts to make sure MFA is enabled for maximum security.
